In addition to measuring the volumes of waste and recyclables, we also look at the other organizational resources that are often spent in the generation, collection and disposal of waste.
Natural Resources: What is the waste volume and composition?
Human Resources: How many labor hours are involved with collection and internal transport of waste and recyclables? How onerous is the administrative burden (management oversight, accounting processes, clerical duties)?
Financial Resources: How much is being spent on the external collection process (hauler services and / or equipment costs)?
