In order to maintain equipment in optimal working condition and avoid costly downtime, manufacturers recommend no fewer than once yearly planned maintenance, including hydraulic oil change. AES’ Planned Maintenance Program provides our customers the assurance that service will occur regularly, helping to guard against breakdown and unscheduled repairs.
Since our PM Customers receive the added benefit of discounted rates on unplanned repair services and new equipment, Planned Maintenance offers customers another Green-Green ™ solution. The annual PM fee costs little more than a basic oil change, yet includes much more. We offer a flexible agreement term (between one and three years), and the annual fee will remain unchanged over the length of the term selected.
Planned Maintenance
AES’ Planned Maintenance Service includes:
- Drain hydraulic tank and recycle oil
- Clean oil filter or replace*, if necessary
- Fill tank with hydraulic fluid
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Tighten any loose fittings and / or terminals
- Inspect all electrical and hydraulic components including:
- Hydraulic hoses and connections
- Warning Lights
- Motor Amperage (to avoid overload)
- Fuse size for control transformer
- All safety devices (interlock / limit switch, deadman controls, etc)
- Inspect safety equipment (hand / toe rails, safety gates, transition plate including hinges)
- Inspect all structural components (anchors, bolts, hooks, ratchets, etc)
- Make recommendations for necessary repairs
Customers enrolled in the AES Planned Maintenance Program are entitled to these additional benefits:
- a 10% discount on all parts, hourly service rates, and new equipment purchases
- Priority Service Response in the event of equipment downtime
Chute Cleaning Service* includes:
- Clean and deodorize trash chute
- Wash and deodorize compactor
- Apply enzyme treatment
* Program is offered as either Annual or Semi annual
